Renaming Marina Bay to... Marina Bay

Check this interesting little story: a brand-conscious state hires a multinational branding consultant to rename a place. A quarter (not of a dollar, but of a million dollars) later, the unfortunate place, Marina Bay, spectacularly changes its name to (drumbeats) Marina Bay.

Wish I could get paid that much for the same kind of renaming jobs.
